Comfort Inn

This Comfort Inn exceeded my expectations. I was a little hesitant to book since we typically stay in 3- star hotels, but this hotel was great! It is an absolutely no frills hotel, but it covered all of the necessities in a very clean environment. The microwave and fridge were nice bonuses as well! This hotel looks to be recently renovated and has a very nice aesthetic. They offered free breakfast with our stay and it was great. The location is a little over half an hour's drive to the center of London, which was a little further away than we wanted, but great for the price. Overall, a great stay!

This was a convenient location with a good price. The rooms look recently renovated, the free breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, home fries plus all the continental type stuff). The internet worked great, and the staff were friendly. No concerns - will stay there again if I'm back in St. Thomas for work.

I stayed Friday night, the room was clean and comfy as usual. (this is my third visit) On Sat morning, I watched an unreasonable family of 4 at the continental breakfast loading up take out containers after they finished eating. Joanne at the front desk was being belittled after confronting the family for doing something that is obviously against most peoples morals. I found the counter staff to be helpful and friendly, I know Joanne's name as this family was asking for her name, a managers name, owners name, corporate phone number, etc. I really hope management ignores whatever complaint lands on their desk over this and that nobody was disciplined for something that used to be common sense. The hotel was great as usual and will continue to be my choice when I stay in St Thomas. See you next time I'm in town!

What a lovely place to stay. Very easy drive to town and all the tourist places. Great staff, nice breakfast. I have stayed at 4 stars that were not as nice as this.

The building is new so it is very clean. The bed sheets were clean and smelled great. The rooms are small but well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine with a couple of cups, and body lotion. We didn’t have shampoo in our room. The hotel has breakfast included, including tea, coffee, juice, waffles, sausage, fruit, scrambled egg, wedge potatoes, jams, cream cheese, butter, honey, a variety of breads and toaster. The hotel has barbecue and a deck for guests to spend time outside as well as a green area for kids to play. Checking in and out was straight forward. There is also laundry onsite upon payment in coins.

Where do I start? I'm a Choice member and always stay at Quality and Comfort Inns. The room was clean, the beds and pillows comfortable. That's usually always the case....but the breakfast was the best I've had at Choice Hotels with a great selection.

Was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. When we booked we knew it’s like you get what you pay… but this place went above and beyond our expectations. Super clean and smells so good. Friendly and helpful staff Perfect location away from the busy downtown Nice variety for breakfast Definitely 10/10 and when we visit again - this is where we will be staying without a doubt!

If you like “clean smelling” hotels - stay here! The smell of pinesol greeted us as we entered the lobby! Attention to detail throughout this place can be seen. The front desk people were very pleasant. The rooms were clean, the beds super comfy. My only ‘negative’ feedback was the TV and their rogers box - weird setup - never could keep it on! #weird
